Biden's personal attorney said in a statement that "six items" with classified markings were found. Classified documents were previously found in Biden's home and the Penn Biden Center think tank. "Yesterday, DOJ complete a thorough search of all the materials in the President's Wilmington home," Bauer said in the statement. A set of classified documents was previously found at Biden's Delaware home and at the president's Washington think tank, the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. The president's personal attorneys later disclosed to Lausch that they had found a second set of classified documents in the garage of Biden's Wilmington home on December 20.
Neither Biden nor first lady Jill Biden was present during the search, according to Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president. The White House only disclosed that discovery on Jan. 9. On Dec. 20, a small number of classified records were found in the garage of Biden's Wilmington home. Friday's search was the first time revealed publicly that federal law enforcement authorities have conducted a search for government documents at Biden's private addresses. Biden and the White House have been criticized for the two-month lag in disclosing the discovery of the first batch of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington.

Aides previously found another batch of classified documents at his residence, and at a Washington think tank he was associated with. "How many more classified documents will they find at Joe Biden’s house?" "People know I take classified documents and classified material seriously." The problem was the Neris had switched to a new, high-deductible health insurance plan to save money. The 2010 Affordable Care Act expanded access to health insurance, so companies were faced with covering more people than ever before. But the epinephrine auto-injectors — which deliver a shot of epinephrine and are the only emergency medicine available for life-threatening allergic reactions — usually are not. But AHIP (formerly known as America’s Health Insurance Plans), a group that represents such companies, said drug manufacturers are to blame. The Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday released Trevor Bauer from their 40-man roster for the 2023 season, ending the team’s relationship with the star pitcher after he was suspended for 194 games under baseball’s policy on domestic violence and sexual assault. “Two extensive reviews of all the available evidence in this case – one by Commissioner Manfred and another by a neutral arbitrator – concluded that Mr. Bauer’s actions warranted the longest ever active player suspension in our sport for violations of this policy,” the Dodgers said Friday night in a statement posted on Twitter.
VIENNA, Jan 6 (Reuters) - A soldier was killed and another injured after an exchange of fire at an airfield barracks in the Austrian town of Wiener Neustadt on Friday, a Defence Ministry spokesperson said. Austrian news agency APA reported that the soldier on guard duty had opened fire during an apparent argument and that he was then shot by the higher-ranking military officer. "In the airfield barracks ... the guard soldier was killed and another soldier injured in an exchange of fire shortly before 7 a.m. (0600 GMT)," ministry spokesperson Michael Bauer tweeted. Austrian broadcaster ORF reported that the guard who was killed at the barracks in the town, about 60 km (40 miles) south of Vienna, was aged 20 and from the province of Lower Austria. The Los Angeles Dodgers have until Friday to decide whether or not to add pitcher Trevor Bauer back to their 40-man roster after his MLB-record 194-game suspension under baseball’s policy on domestic violence and sexual assault. It’s the kind of situation that has often caused sports teams to cut ties with an athlete. And yet the Dodgers have unusual incentives to keep Bauer. Chief among them is the idea that they could be on the hook for paying Bauer to pitch for a competitor willing to take a chance on him.
Andy Cohen has joined the list of people who are not amused by the so-called celebrity death prank trend on TikTok that went viral over the holidays. It is unclear who started the celebrity death prank, according to Know Your Meme’s database. The celebrity death prank trend has prompted mixed responses, with some viewers reacting in positive ways and others arguing the videos do more harm than good. The trend first sparked criticism after Slater Vance, 16, pranked his celebrity parents, Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance, on New Year’s Eve. “Your parents are showing vulnerability for a brief second,” O’Connell said in a video uploaded to TikTok on Christmas.
The Los Angeles Dodgers will soon face a decision about whether to carry Trevor Bauer on their 2023 roster—and they’ll have to make it without knowing the full details that Major League Baseball and an arbitrator gathered to determine punishment for the star pitcher under baseball’s policy on domestic violence and sexual assault. The Dodgers must decide what to do about Bauer by Jan. 6, following a ruling on Thursday by arbitrator Martin Scheinman. The arbitrator reduced Bauer’s suspension under the domestic violence policy from the 324-game penalty issued by the league to 194 games. Bauer is immediately eligible to return to the field, and the Dodgers will be on the hook to pay Bauer around $22.5 million in salary next season no matter what.
Trevor Bauer was reinstated Thursday by Major League Baseball’s independent arbitrator, allowing the pitcher to resume his career at the start of the 2023 season. Bauer named the woman and one of her attorneys, Niranjan Fred Thiagarajah, as defendants in the lawsuit. After winning his first Cy Young with the Cincinnati Reds in 2020, Bauer agreed to join his hometown Dodgers. Bauer was placed on administrative leave on July 2, 2021, under the domestic violence policy, a leave extended 13 times. None of the players previously disciplined under the policy appear to have challenged the penalty before an arbitrator.
A Major League Baseball arbitrator validated a 194-game suspension for Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer under the league’s domestic violence and sexual assault policy, paring back a 324-game penalty the league had issued and making Bauer eligible to return to baseball immediately. Major League Baseball had handed down the two-year suspension for Bauer in late April, following an investigation that began after a California woman accused Bauer of sexually assaulting her, and which later expanded to include other accusations. Bauer has not pitched in a game since June 28, 2021, shortly before that claim against him emerged, but was on paid leave during the league investigation.

Judges understand the system, she said, while jurors often worry that defendants acquitted by reason of insanity will be released sooner.
