I usually fry my bacon, but the recipe said to bake it, and I really liked this method. The bacon slices on a wired sheet pan. I placed five strips of bacon on a baking wire rack on a sheet pan and put it in the heated oven. After 20 minutes in the oven, the bacon turned out perfectly crispy.
