CNN —Following a recent on-stage altercation between Jane’s Addiction band members Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro, the rock band has announced the cancellation of their remaining tour dates. On Monday, the band announced in a statement posted to their Instagram page that they’ve “made the difficult decision to take some time away as a group,” therefore canceling the remaining dates of their tour. We hope that he will find the help he needs,” the statement read. Farrell appeared to yell at Navarro, then approach him and hit him before other band members and crew intervened. Jane’s Addiction were set to resume their tour in Toronto on Wednesday after they previously canceled Sunday’s concert in Connecticut due to the scuffle.

CNN —Rock band Jane’s Addiction has issued an apology and announced the cancellation of their next concert after band members Dave Navarro and Perry Farrell were seen in an on-stage altercation at a recent show. Video footage posted on social media showed Farrell, Jane’s Addiction’s lead singer, confronting guitarist Navarro in the middle of a song during Friday’s concert in Boston. Farrell then attempts to jab Navarro until other band members and crew members intervene, holding Farrell back to separate him from Navarro. CNN has reached out to representatives for Jane’s Addiction, Navarro and Farrell for comment. Jane’s Addiction is currently on tour and is set to perform in Toronto on Wednesday.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Friday that mail ballots that are improperly dated won't be counted in November, a move that could have major implications in the closely divided battleground state. The decision reverses a lower court ruling from last month that found it was unconstitutional to reject mail ballots that had a missing or incorrect date. Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has admitted to fathering a baby outside of his 21-year marriage. The rock musician, 55, revealed the news in an Instagram statement Tuesday, writing that he's "recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage." CNN —SpaceX’s Polaris Dawn mission kicked off early Tuesday, launching a four-person crew of civilian astronauts into orbit. The company confirmed that the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft carrying the crew reached its peak altitude of 1,400.7 kilometers (870 miles) at 9:19 p.m. The Polaris Dawn mission also marks the farthest any human has journeyed since the final Apollo mission in 1972 — and the farthest into space a woman has ever traveled. The pre-breathe protocol the Polaris Dawn crew is undergoing is entirely unlike what is carried out on the International Space Station.
