The Air Line Pilots Association, the union which represents Envoy's pilots, didn't comment. Envoy Air Flight 3556, an Embraer E175, flying for parent company American Airlines ' American Eagle returned to Chicago O'Hare International Airport at 7:57 p.m. local time, 37 minutes after departing for Columbus, Ohio, according to FlightRadar24. "We're going to need paramedics," said the person on the recording, who seemed to be another pilot on the flight.

Police in Idaho dismissed rumors and ruled out multiple people who had contact with victims the night of a quadruple homicide, leaving witnesses and video as a main hope. On Sunday, chief of Moscow police James Fry asked the public for help solving the vicious stabbing deaths of four people just outside the University of Idaho campus Nov. 13. The first report of the blades inside a candy bar occurred on Halloween night, Eugene police Capt. “Thinking that was odd, they investigated a little more and opened the candy wrapper and found a razor blade, a small razor blade that was embedded inside the candy bar.”The razor blade, Harrison said, was about an inch and was similar to a blade in a manual pencil sharpener. On Tuesday, police received two other reports of razor blades inside candy, which apparently were also inserted inside the wrapper through a small slit, Harrison said. “We are lucky that nobody was hurt by these razor blades,” he said.

A Georgia college student was killed when he was struck by the propeller of the small aircraft he was on for a date-night flight, officials said Tuesday. The accident was reported shortly after 10:30 p.m. Sunday at Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport in Georgia, the Federal Aviation Administration said. "After the plane taxied to the ramp area, a passenger got out and was struck by the propeller," the agency said. More than two dozen people were rushed to hospitals in eastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday following an apparent carbon monoxide leak at a day care center, officials said. When firefighters arrived, their monitors for carbon monoxide in the atmosphere immediately went off, Christopher told reporters at the scene. A “vast majority” of the hospitalized were children of “pre-K to elementary school-age,” Christopher later told NBC News. All of those hospitalized were stable and none of them were listed in serious condition, he said. There were no carbon monoxide monitors in the building, officials said.
