CNN —A woman accused music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and his bodyguard of drugging and assaulting her in 2001 and filming the attack, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in a federal court in New York. Thalia Graves alleged that she met Combs when she was 25 through her boyfriend, who worked at Combs’ record label Bad Boy. CNN has reached out to representatives of Combs and Sherman for comment. In addition, Diddy has been accused in 10 civil lawsuits alleging a range of sexual misconduct and other illegal activity. The suit accuses Combs, Sherman and businesses associated with Combs of violating New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, and it accuses Combs and Sherman of violating state civil rights law and city administrative code.

GE Vernova — Shares gained nearly 1% after Guggenheim initiated coverage of GE Vernova with a buy rating, saying that it is "still in the early stages of a multi-year improvement in profitability." The Massachusetts State Police has suspended full-contact boxing training activities among recruits after one died, a state police spokesperson said. Tim McGuirk, a state police department spokesperson, said in a statement Monday that the full-contact boxing training activities between trainees has been suspended until further notice. Mawn also directed the state police’s Division of Standards and Training “to comprehensively review the Academy’s defensive tactics program,” McGuirk said. Early said state police detectives assigned to his office would continue to investigate Delgado-Garcia’s death and work with whomever takes over the investigation. Specifics of the boxing training exercise Delgado-Garcia participated in have not been disclosed.
