A robber falls through the ceiling of a check cashing business in southwest Atlanta on Sept. 3. They fled out the rear portal, and video captured a woman walking by just after the door was opened.

Additionally, some economists and Democratic lawmakers had for months been calling for a rate cut of at least 50 basis points.
