Shortly after the opening bell, we will be selling 150 shares of Morgan Stanley at roughly $128.81 and 240 shares of Wells Fargo at roughly $71.02. There's strength across the board in premarket trading, with Wells Fargo ripping 10% higher, Morgan Stanley up more than 8%, and fellow Club holding BlackRock jumping more than 4%. Wells Fargo is one of the biggest winners in the group because there are greater odds its Federal Reserve-imposed asset cap will be removed. That's very positive for the future earnings of investment banks like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs . Analysts expect Trump's economic policies to increase inflation, and push interest rates higher. AdvertisementDonald Trump's victory is set to herald a new era of higher inflation, tighter monetary policy, and surging cryptocurrencies, analysts said in initial reactions to the presidential election result. The economic impact of Trump's second term is likely to be volatile, said Lindsay James, investment strategist at UK-based Quilter Investments. However, such cuts could be shortlived if Trump's trade policies, which include proposed near-universal tariffs, prove to be inflationary as expected. Bitcoin could hit $100,000One asset that analysts expect to surge in the wake of Trump's victory is bitcoin, which rallied sharply early on Wednesday morning.

Markets: The post-election rally on Wall Street continued into afternoon trading, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumping 3.4%, or roughly 1,450 points, and the S & P 500 advancing 2.4%. It's worth noting, the stock market was reacting like Jim Cramer said it would in his Sunday column . The one thing markets hate is uncertainty, and Wednesday's rally can be attributed, in part, to relief that Wall Street professionals and individual investors alike know where they stand and what to expect from the country's next president. Bond yields move inversely to prices, and a basis point is equal to 0.01%. "You have to be very careful to respect the bond market if you do any buying today," Jim said.

Even Warren Buffett thinks his stock is too expensive

CNN —Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway has over $325 billion in cash on hand. Berkshire Hathaway was a net seller of stocks across its portfolio that quarter and grew its cash-on-hand to record amounts. Berkshire Hathaway’s actions signal to investors that its stock might be overvalued, Cathy Seifert, an analyst at CFRA Research, told CNN. Buffett will repurchase shares when he thinks the price is “below Berkshire’s intrinsic value, conservatively determined,” according to Berkshire Hathaway’s regulatory filings. “All this suggests that Buffett has serious concerns about the economic backdrop and the current state of the stock market,” Mould said in a note.
