Mary J. Blige, who is headlining a stadium tour this year, is one of the many women breaking style rules into her 50s. The “Don’t Worry Darling” director joined the throngs of fans dressed in their Styles-jubilant best, with a strong contingent in Ms. Wilde’s age bracket and well above. They text, they email, they flag me down in our newly hopping office. What does a non-Olivia-Wilde woman over the age of 30—and all the way up to, say, 101 (here’s looking at you, Iris Apfel! )—wear to a concert or similarly raucous nighttime party?

‘Revolver Special Edition’ Review: The Beatles’ Best
  + stars: | 2022-11-09 | by ( Allan Kozinn | ) www.wsj.com   time to read: +1 min
Until about a decade ago, it was generally agreed that “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” (1967) was the Beatles’ creative peak, with “Abbey Road” (1969) a close runner-up. But in recent years, “Revolver,” released in August 1966, has started to eclipse “Sgt. Pepper,” not only as a fan favorite, but also as the band’s most innovative album. The new “Revolver Special Edition,” released by Apple Corps Ltd./Capitol/UMe on Oct. 28, makes a solid case for that reconsideration.

Mamadi Doumbouya for The New York Times Talk Bono Is Still Trying to Figure Out U2 and HimselfThere are different Bonos to different people, including the man himself. Do they sound like U2 songs?

Polynesian scholars are pointing out “Lord of the Rings” productions have traditionally been filmed on their land, but with Pacific Islander actors relegated to the background. The new prequel on Amazon Prime did slightly better with representation, but experts stopped short of declaring it true progress. Na'puti pointed out that the Māori community experienced significant land loss, now holding just roughly 5% of all land there. McCartney also said that indigenous, Polynesian representation means incorporating the culture into the writing, given the Māori displacement in the country. And so if you’re on it, you have a responsibility.”Ultimately, Young questioned the necessity to continuously adapt the work of Tolkien, who wrote the “Lord of The Rings” series in the early 1900s.

In part of the video, West is seen sitting with four men, whose faces are blurred, and he shows them porn on his phone. In September, West had said he planned to "go it alone" after his contracts with Adidas and Gap expire.

Tapping into that millennial nostalgia has become the way Miller and many other creators with similar throwback content pay their bills. And brands know that partnering with such creators, who have specifically built their followings around nostalgia content, can help them get more exposure from a desired demographic. It’s no surprise that nostalgia content has become so popular — as the age-old saying goes, everything old becomes new again. Nostalgia content feels authentic and plays to shared experiences, which helps it perform well with Gen Z and millennials alike, Karwowski said. In one video, Miller collaborated with the singer and 2000s heartthrob Jesse McCartney to promote his U.S. tour.
