The film, out in December, is set before the 1971 movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", starring Wilder as Wonka in an adaptation of Dahl's beloved 1964 book "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". The new movie sees Wonka arriving in a fictional European city, which is home to master chocolatiers. Like Wilder, and Depp in the 2005 film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", Chalamet is dressed in Wonka's top hat and long jacket. In Asia, the picture is less uniform: China cut its benchmark lending rate last month, adding to recent reductions in other interest rates, and Japan has kept its main interest rate negative in a bid to stimulate demand. However, rates on savings accounts there are closer to the central bank’s main rate than in other major economies. “While interest rates were ultra-low, the mortgage market was incredibly competitive, so [banks] were operating on unusually small margins between savings rates and mortgage deals… so they’re busy filling their boots,” she said. CNBC's Jim Cramer debriefed investors on Wednesday about the Federal Reserve's meeting, where it announced a pause in rate hikes for now, but implicated further hikes later this year. After the Fed action, Cramer said he sees a narrowing market ahead with investors selling in a panic. "Like I warned you the last couple of weeks, the 'Johnnie-Come-Latelies' heard something they didn't like from the Fed, and they just skedaddled," Cramer said. Cramer believes the central bank will continue raising rates until it "kill[s] inflation stone dead." We need those who just came in off the sidelines to go back to the sidelines," Cramer said.

Since, she's scaled up to 35 units and is financially independent thanks to rental income. Hamilton didn't have the cash at the time, but was anticipating a big tax return later that year.
