CNN —Jay Leno has filed a petition requesting a conservatorship over his wife Mavis Leno’s estate on Friday, according to a copy of the petition obtained by CNN. Filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, the petition states that Jay Leno is requesting to establish a conservatorship for his wife so that he can execute an estate plan on her behalf as she suffers from dementia. The execution of Mavis Leno’s estate plan is something that the 73-year-old comedian and former “Tonight Show” host states in the filing he believes she “would execute if she had the capacity to do so.”The couple have been married for more than 43 years. According to the filing, Jay Leno has primarily managed their finances throughout their marriage and states that he’ll continue to do so. The couple has been photographed at comedy shows together in Los Angeles in recent months.

CNN —The lineup for Southern California’s legendary, desert-centric Coachella music festival has officially been announced, and there’s no doubt it’ll be a good time. On Tuesday, Goldenvoice, the company that produces the long-running festival, revealed that the 2024 lineup features popular ska/punk/rock band No Doubt as one of the four headlining acts. In the early aughts, the band went on to pursue solo projects after releasing a number of albums together. Last year’s Coachella headliners included Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, Korean pop group Blackpink and singer Frank Ocean. CNN —Actor Jamie Foxx faces sexual assault and battery charges in a lawsuit filed on Monday with the New York State Supreme Court. CNN has reached out to representatives for Foxx as well as the plaintiff’s attorney. The complaint alleges Foxx seemed “intoxicated” at the time of the incident. The law has given adult survivors of sexual assault one year to file lawsuits against their perpetrators and is set to expire on Friday. Foxx had a medical episode earlier this year after he was hospitalized in Atlanta for an undisclosed medical condition.
