CNN —It seems Grammys 2023 will look a lot like Grammys 2017 with another high-profile matchup between Adele and Beyoncé. The pair are facing off again with their nominations in major categories: record of the year, song of the year and album of the year. This time around Beyoncé has nine nominations and Adele has seven. Of course there are other artists nominated in those categories, but there is history when it comes to self-proclaimed Bey super fan Adele and Bey herself. Adele said in 2017 that she had voted for Beyoncé and paid homage to her during her album of the year acceptance speech.

NEW YORK, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Music star Adele begins her Las Vegas residence on Friday, 10 months after she cancelled the shows at the last minute citing COVID-19 delays. The British singer-songwriter faced online backlash in January for the announcement's short notice as some fans were already travelling to Nevada for the concerts, called "Weekends with Adele". U.S. actor Dominic Crisonino was at a New York airport when he heard the news but travelled to Las Vegas anyway. Now he is going back this weekend to finally watch Adele finally perform at Caesars' Palace hotel. Singer Adele is setting the record straight on how to pronounce her name. At a recent Q&A event in Los Angeles, the singer debuted her new music video, “I Drink Wine” and chatted with her fans. One British fan submitted a question via video and before answering, Adele was shocked at the perfect pronunciation of her name. The London-based fan who nailed the pronunciation had asked about the singer’s “journey to self-love while writing ‘30’” — her most recent album. I’d go to the studio and stuff like that...I felt very very safe and in safe hands within my private life,” she said.

Taylor Swift announced Tuesday morning her long-rumored return to the road, with an outing dubbed the “Eras Tour” scheduled to hit U.S. stadiums beginning in March 2023 and running into August, with international dates set to be revealed later. The tour starts March 18, 2023 in what is apparently a sweet spot for Swift, Glendale, AZ, the same place her last outing, the pre-pandemic “Reputation” tour, began in 2018. Swift described the tour as “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!
