CNN —Senior-level personnel changes at the US Secret Service as well as the creation of new divisions are underway as the agency works to resolve security breakdowns that preceded the two attempts on former President Donald Trump’s life this summer. Pop superstar Beyoncé will appear with Vice President Kamala Harris at her event in Houston, Texas on Friday evening, according to three sources familiar with the plans. Beyonce is also expected to perform, according to one of the sources, who has direct knowledge of the preparations. The pop star is from Houston and her appearance comes as the Harris campaign has welcomed other musicians, like Bruce Springsteen and Eminem, to the campaign trail. The vice president's other prominent celebrity endorsements include Taylor Swift, Charli XCX and Billie Eilish. Beyonce is not often involved in politics but famously sang the national anthem at former President Barack Obama’s first inauguration in 2008.

In the final days of the race, Harris is expected to stress that she still believes she and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. We can see the cup-with-handle pattern developing on the daily chart, consisting of a six-month rounded bottoming pattern followed by a brief pullback in the month of October. The key to a cup with handle pattern is the "rim" of the cup, which is essentially a trendline connecting the highs during the price pattern. Other indicators on the chart seem to suggest that an impending breakout is likely, especially the RSI which has been in a bullish range since July of this year. Similar to the daily chart, we can see the weekly RSI has been in a bullish range for the last five years. This continued bullish momentum range suggests a bullish secular trend, reinforcing the upside potential represented on the daily chart.
