K-pop is already the most-cited reason for visiting the country, according to the MCST, with particularly strong interest from overseas fans from Southeast Asia, Europe and the US. The weekly PPO indicator has since registered a sell signal, indicating that the previous uptrend phase is likely terminated. But a failure to regain the 50-day moving average in early June would mean the previous uptrend phase is most likely exhausted.

The gesture could help Databricks more quickly bring out products as it faces competition from Snowflake and other entities. Databricks is paying over $1 billion to buy Tabular, Databricks CEO Ali Ghodsi said in an interview. Snowflake was also bidding on Tabular, as was Confluent , a person familiar with the matter told CNBC. Focusing more on Iceberg tables might allow Databricks to take business from Snowflake clients that embrace the format.

Back in April we covered the breakout in Southern Copper (SCCO) from $116 a share. I think it can hold that support again and, along with underlying copper futures, mount another attack on the highs. Copper demand just recently exceeded 25 million metric tons this year and with the explosion in AI and with the move towards clean energy, copper demand is expected to reach 40 million metric tons in the next 15 years. Turning to our focus stock, Southern Copper (SCCO), the chart is also pulling back into a very similar correction with anticipated support in the $115-$105 zone. Southern Copper beat their top and bottom line earnings estimates for Q1 in April, and looking ahead the growth is expected to continue.
