But scientists say these results may mean that vaping regularly could lead to vascular disease down the road. “Even if there was no nicotine in the e-cigarette, there could be other components that may be harmful,” Nabbout said. The April 2015 report highlighted the industry's massive capital spending on overlapping or niche products that Marchionne was convinced could be solved through consolidation and shared capital spending. Most capital spending by automakers isn't wasted, but the industry isn't as efficient as other sectors, with minimal return on invested capital.
