CNN —Car manufacturer Stellantis is recalling more than 1.2 million Ram 1500 vehicles due to a software malfunction in the anti-lock brake system (ABS), according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The vehicles being recalled include certain 2019, 2021-2024 Ram 1500 trucks, the NHTSA said Saturday in a statement. Also, the ABS, ESC, Adaptive Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warning indicator lights would illuminate when the vehicle started up to show the systems are unavailable. Dealers will update the ABS software for free of charge. The recall comes after a similar recall in June that affected almost 158,000 Ram 2500 pick ups.

The fraudsters used information found in emails about Woneis's transactions to impersonate the title company for her home. The fake title company then emailed Woneis, asking for an "accelerated" payment. "They sent me wire instructions that perfectly mimicked the wire instructions from the title company. "We could have potentially been caught in wire fraud."

These high-profile weapons would give Kyiv a significantly farther strike range than any other Western munitions it has in its arsenal. As is, it still restricts the country from using its powerful US-provided tactical ballistic missiles to strike military targets inside Russia. Abbott Laboratories announced Thursday its over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor Lingo is available in the U.S. starting at $49. These devices, called continuous glucose monitors, are small sensors that stick through the skin to measure real-time glucose levels. Continuous glucose monitors have served as tools for patients with diabetes, but Lingo is not intended for diabetes management. The company released its over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor geared toward this demographic in late August. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Dexcom's Stelo in March, and it cleared two over-the-counter continuous glucose monitoring systems from Abbott in June.

J2 Ventures cofounder and managing partner, Alex Harstrick, told CNBC his fund backed Mesa Quantum in part because of the founders' extraordinary technical background. Harstrick said his fund hopes that Mesa Quantum will have its first demonstration of mass scale "atomic clocks" (quantum timing sensors) validated by a top-tier semiconductor manufacturing partner" in the next few years. "The U.S. government has established major initiatives to spur innovation in this area and is seeking to purchase a million quantum sensors each year -- if they can simply be mass-produced," she explained. With its grant funding and seed round in place, Agrawal said, Mesa Quantum will look to grow its team in Boulder, especially hiring atomic molecular and optical physicists, engineers and manufacturing experts this year.

Meanwhile, Qualcomm's Snapdragon X Series is built on architecture from British chip designer Arm , allowing the processors to run complex applications with good energy-efficiency. A number of major PC makers have adopted Qualcomm's Snapdragon X series chips for their devices.
