Share pricing is determined through appraisals of the value of the underlying real estate holdings. In May, Blackstone Real Estate Partners X also completed the $3.5 billion acquisition of Tricon Residential, an owner of single family rental homes.

CNN —At Princeton High School, students are trying to combat the rapid decline of indigenous languages with some unlikely help: a furry, wide-eyed stuffed animal named Che’w. He’s a wildly intelligent generative AI robot that speaks Mam, a Mayan language spoken in the western highlands of Guatemala and Mexico and by a small population of the school’s students. At a time when some high schools are restricting the use of AI in the classroom, others, like Princeton High School, are leaning into it.
