The pack formed after 10 of the predators from Oregon were released in December over bitter opposition from livestock groups. Ranching groups wanted the wolf pack killed. Only one National Football League team has an ownership structure that resembles a publicly traded company. The Green Bay Packers, who are the 12th most-valuable NFL franchise at $6.3 billion, according to CNBC's Official 2024 NFL Team Valuations, are the only publicly owned team in the league. The franchise is completely owned by stockholders, many of them Packers fans, in a structure established more than 100 years ago. The share offerings throughout the years have been used to pull the team out of rocky financial situations and do larger renovations of Lambeau Field. The unique structure puts the Packers among the teams that newly approved private equity investors will be least interested in.

It's all piling up, and aircraft engine shops around the world are overflowing. American Airlines ' solution is to do more of the work itself. "We just have one customer and that's American Airlines doing our work," American's chief operating officer, David Seymour, said. GE Aerospace brought in $11.7 billion from engine maintenance, repairs and overhaul in the first half of 2024, making up 65% of its revenue. To get a sense of how Reinhard is approaching the hire, Business Insider spoke with 11 people who had inside knowledge about the search or who are close to Netflix's ad business. Others with those credentials who some insiders think could be in the mix include Pooja Midha, EVP and GM for Effectv, the ad sales arm of Comcast's cable division. "They view ad sales as having a lack of rigor and discipline," the first person who'd had conversations with Netflix said.
