Legitimate tax deductions aren’t loopholes. A loophole would refer to a flaw in the law that allows a workaround to circumvent the intent of the law. Legitimate tax deductions are entirely different. The term “loophole” gives an unjustified negative connotation to legitimate and legal tax deductions.
