A federal judge on Tuesday ordered prosecutors to get rid of copies of 19 pages of notes taken from Sean "Diddy" Combs' jail cell after his lawyers argued the seizure violated attorney-client privilege. New York City declared a drought warning on Monday, its first in 22 years, as the Northeast deals with severe dry conditions and brush fires during a historically dry autumn.
