A seemingly dormant Mehmet Oz campaign has struggled to unify the MAGA base in Pennsylvania. "Since Dr. Oz's victory remarks on June 9th, he has been to over 75 events," Oz campaign spokesperson Brittany Yanick told Insider in a statement. The Oz campaign would not say when it has plans to launch new TV ads. The Vance campaign responded to Insider's request for comment by attacking Rep. Tim Ryan. "It's why Democrats have a chance of holding onto the Senate," he told Insider, "is just the horrible class of candidates they've nominated."
Former NASA Deputy Administrator Lori Garver details how Elon Musk first started SpaceX in a new book. Musk decided to launch the company after he was disrespected by several Russians, per reports. The SpaceX CEO famously decided to launch his own space venture after he was spat on by a Russian engineer in 2001. Garver commented on the incident in "Escaping Gravity: My Quest to Transform NASA and Launch a New Space Age," published June 21. The Co-Founder described the situation similarly in a biography on Musk by Ashlee Vance, "Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future."
But because neither candidate won 50% of the vote, they face off again on Tuesday in a run-off election. Following Trump's endorsement, he surged in opinion polls and easily defeated former North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory in the May 17 primary. David Perdue* Went up against Georgia's incumbent Republican Governor Brian KempDespite Trump's endorsement, former U.S. Senator David Perdue did not come close to upsetting Georgia's incumbent Republican Governor Brian Kemp in the party's nomination contest. Kemp, who had angered Trump by dismissing the former president's false statements about election fraud in the 2020 presidential contest, won his re-election bid against Democrat Stacey Abrams.
In the case of Elon Musk v. Charismatic Megafauna, the agency intends to publish its final report in late April. Musk went on: "Either explicitly or implicitly some people seem to think that humans are a blight on the Earth's surface. Musk is talking about existential risk, the idea that something — an asteroid, a rogue artificial intelligence — might kill every human on Earth. And if you assume that future human minds will "mainly be implemented in computational hardware instead of biological neuronal wetware," as Bostrom does, you end up with a mind-boggling 1054 human lives. Musk has made the defense of "future life" his mission.
NEW YORK, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Two prosecutors who had been leading the Manhattan district attorney's criminal probe into former U.S. President Donald Trump and his business practices have resigned, the district attorney's office said on Wednesday. Neither the Trump Organization nor its lawyer Alan Futerfas immediately responded to requests for comment. The criminal probe resulted last July in tax fraud charges against the Trump Organization and its longtime chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg. A new grand jury was convened in September to examine how the Trump Organization valued its assets. Pomerantz, a former federal prosecutor, had been on leave from the law firm Paul Weiss while working on the Trump probe.

Paul Hennessy/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty ImagesAccusations of campaign-finance violationsThe most notable Trump campaign money drama of the moment is a doozy. It involves a complaint filed this summer by the nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center that alleges the Trump campaign "disguised" nearly $170 million worth of campaign spending "by laundering the funds" through companies led by Brad Parscale, his former campaign manager, or created by Trump campaign lawyers. The Trump campaign has denied wrongdoing. They include accusations of illegal solicitation of a foreign national by Donald Trump Jr. and failure to publicly disclose campaign debts stemming from municipal police bills the Trump campaign refuses to pay.
