McKinney “felt confused but hopeful that Combs would fulfill his promises to help her career,” and Combs invited her to his recording studio later that night, the complaint continues. In the bathroom, Combs “began kissing her without her consent” and later “forced her to perform oral sex on him,” according to the complaint. “As her consciousness returned, Plaintiff realized that she had been sexually assaulted by Combs,” the complaint reads. In the comment posted on Monday, the company said it also removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series, a line of classes and workouts using music from a record label founded by Combs, on its platform. “This means our Instructors are no longer using his music in any newly produced classes,” Peloton said in the post. The question for some of us is, why some people want to keep working decades beyond retirement age? Over the years I’ve had to adapt frequently to the changing technology, which isn’t always easy for someone my age. That may be the secret of working well past the time society tells us we’re supposed to retire.

The latest departure is David Bailin, chief investment officer for the global wealth division, who announced his departure on Monday. Sieg's mandate is to turn around the wealth business, which was barely profitable this past quarter. Sieg also plans to expand Citi's already successful wealth business in Asia. At least two other senior Asia executives have left.
