The analysis found that just one Southern city made the top 10 for cities adding high-income households at the fastest rate between 2021 and 2022, while four cities in the northeast ranked in the top eight. The report notes that high-income households often have large impacts on local economies, which could impact housing markets in the long term. Spokane Valley, located in the eastern part of Washington, had an over 183% increase in high-income households, amounting to over 1,500 between 2021 and 2022. HAVANA (Reuters) - Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel sacked economy minister Alejandro Gil on Friday, state media reported, as controversy continued to grow over the delay of recently announced measures to hike the price of fuel and transportation fares in the communist-run country. The Council of State, under Diaz-Canel`s direction, has appointed Central Bank president Joaquín Alonso, 60, to replace Gil. The upheaval comes just two days after the government put off an unpopular five-fold hike in gasoline prices planned for Feb. 1, saying a cyberattack from outside Cuba had thwarted implementation. He helped the Packers (10-9) overcome a 2-5 start to the season to make the playoffs. He followed that up with a three-touchdown performance in a wild-card win at Dallas last week and had Green Bay in position to knock off the top-seeded 49ers. They made a great play.”Love proved plenty this season and gives the Packers confidence that he can be a worthy successor to Brett Favre and Rodgers. After spending his first three seasons as Rodgers' backup, Love threw for 4,159 yards and 32 touchdowns this season thanks to his strong second half of the campaign.

The state Court of Appeals had reversed a lower court ruling that initially called for the case to be dismissed. One of those federal cases involved a personal injury claim involving the over-serving of alcohol at Santa Ana Pueblo's casino. The other was a slip-and-fall lawsuit brought in state court by a visitor to the Navajo Nation's casino in northwestern New Mexico. Those who have advocated to have state courts hear personal injury cases contend that the people suing tribal gambling operations could face an unfair disadvantage in tribal court. Some experts expect personal injury lawyers to opt for arbitration before heading to tribal court, but Hughes said tribal courts are “perfectly competent to handle cases like this in a very fair and equitable fashion.”
