This was my first night in the country, and it was also my very first tasting menu. He said 90% of the restaurant's ingredients are locally sourced, which means the menu changes throughout the year to highlight peak produce. The tasting menu was a great way to solve this dilemma. Plus, a tasting menu took the stress out of ordering. Observations from the European Space Agency’s Cheops space telescope, or Characterising ExOplanet Satellite, detected a “glory effect” on WASP-76b, an ultra-hot exoplanet 637 light-years from Earth.
