CNN —To borrow from one of their song titles, Oasis has decided to “Acquiesce” to their North American fans who want to get in on their reunion tour. The British rock band has announced an expansion of their 2025 tour, which now includes dates in the US. “Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing model will not be applied to the forthcoming sale of tickets to Oasis concerts in North America,” a statement from the band’s management shared on Instgagram reads. Presale registration for the North American tour is currently available on Oasis’ website until Tuesday at 8 a.m ET, while the general ticket sale will begin at noon Friday local time. The band plans to also tour outside of Europe and North America.

CNN —Riley Keough completed her late mother Lisa Marie Presley’s memoir, but it didn’t come without a cost. The actress spoke with People about “From Here to the Great Unknown,” which tells the story of the life of her mom, who died in January 2023 of complications from a prior weight loss surgery. “Because my mother was Elvis Presley’s daughter, she was constantly talked about, argued over and dissected,” Riley, 35, told the publication via email. “The tapes are an incredible portrait of the force of nature that she was,” Keough said. “I want to give voice to my mother in a way that eluded her while she was alive.”“From Here to the Great Unknown” publishes on October 8.

CNN —One of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ biggest critics has announced he has a docuseries coming about the embroiled producer’s legal issues. Rapper and actor 50 Cent shared on social media Wednesday a Variety report that states his project about Combs has found a home at Netflix. “I been telling y’all about all this weird s**t, I don’t do NO puffy party’s,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption. 50 Cent has also said he believes Combs is connected to the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. CNN has reached out to representatives for both 50 Cent and Netflix for comment.

It had been announced on Monday that he would also no longer be attending a three-day fan event in Salt Lake City, Utah next weekend. But while agriculture is a massive carbon offender, it could now be part of a solution, as startups are trying new ways of using nature to save itself. Startups like Lithos, UNDO Carbon and California-based Eion are experimenting with several types of carbon-absorbing rocks that can accomplish what lime does while permanently removing carbon from the atmosphere at the same time. "We apply a rock dust onto farms, and that helps farmers condition the soil or make the soil better for improvements," said Anastasia Pavlovic, CEO of Eion. "Then over time, that manages to secure and sequester carbon, permanently removing it from the atmosphere."

The director has responded to backlash over the character Alberta, played by Glenn Close. The film is inspired by the true story of a Black family who said they were plagued by demons in their home back in 2011. It stars Andra Day, Mo’nique and Close as the mother of Day’s character. That's why business sectors are looking for new ways to recycle water, especially in the face of increased drought. The global water and wastewater treatment market is expected to reach half a trillion dollars by the end of this decade, according to Statista. "Other technologies can recover maybe 50 to 60% of water, but we can recover 99% of water," Govindan said. It claims to save 1.7 billion gallons of water daily, or the amount consumed by 48 million people.
