Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin's miraculous comeback reached another milestone Monday as he grabbed his first career interception. Hamlin is in his fourth season with Buffalo, but it’s his first season as a starting safety. He earned the spot in training camp after the Bills parted ways with their previous starting safeties in the offseason. Hamlin’s first career interception came 20 months after his near-fatal injury against the Cincinnati Bengals, which was also a "Monday Night Football" game. The Miami Dolphins will place quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on injured reserve, sidelining him for at least four weeks, the team announced Tuesday. Tagovailoa suffered a concussion during the Dolphins’ 31-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 2. This is at least the third concussion Tagovailoa has sustained during his time in the NFL. The concussion Tagovailoa suffered in Week 16 was not diagnosed until the day after the game. CNN —The Miami Dolphins placed star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on the reserve/injured list (IR) Tuesday following his latest concussion. Per NFL rules, Tagovailoa’s earliest return to competition would be Miami’s home game against the Arizona Cardinals on October 27. Tagovailoa was forced off the field during the Dolphins’ 31-10 loss against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday after diving for a first down and taking a hit from Bills safety Damar Hamlin. Third-year quarterback Skylar Thompson, who replaced Tagovailoa in the loss against the Bills, is expected to start versus the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. The Dolphins announced Tuesday that the team had signed quarterback Tyler Huntley off the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad.

The Saints, one week after blowing out the lowly Carolina Panthers, did the same in Dallas to the high-flying Cowboys. The Ravens were in control for most of the game and then Davante Adams and Brock Bowers took over. The Ravens aren’t built to win when their defense softens — but that isn’t to say they won’t find ways to play the kind of defense the Ravens are known for. Meanwhile, the Saints’ defense denied the Cowboys on all three trips inside the red zone and recorded two takeaways. He made some strong in-structure throws, including a beauty to Noah Brown in the middle of the field late in the game to win the game.

He began to entertain this idea of reciprocity, of trying to reduce foreign tariffs by offering cuts in our tariffs. How do those tariffs compare with the late 19th century tariffs?
