CNBC's Jim Cramer on Tuesday compared Oracle and C3.ai , enterprise software companies in the spotlight as Wall Street continues to flock to many stocks involved with artificial intelligence. He advised buying Oracle on weakness and selling C3.ai into strength. C3.ai stock jumped during the day's session as the company beat expectations — it declined somewhat by close, but still managed to finish up 0.12%. But Cramer noted there are a large number of companies running hot just because they're related to AI, and C3.ai could be among them. To Cramer, Oracle's pullback may be a unique chance to get in on a solid company.

Here are 5 cities where the highest number of Gen Z renters are rent-burdened:While financial experts recommend limiting housing expenses to no more than 30% of income , this can be challenging in a number of cities where younger renters shoulder the heaviest load. Housing expenses in the analysis were not not limited to rent, Zillow Economist Kenny Lee tells CNBC Make It. In fact, nearly 6 out of 10 Gen Z renters (18- to 25-year-olds) are "rent-burdened," according to a recent Zillow analysis of U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey data. This is common in this economy, says Lee, since many of the best-paying jobs for Gen Z are located in cities where the rent is most burdensome. Find a roommate"A lot of renters have been relying on finding roommates to split the cost of housing," says Lee.

London CNN —The global airline industry will likely rake in more than $1 trillion in revenue next year, as passenger numbers look set to hit an all-time high of 5 billion, the International Air Transport Association said Tuesday. IATA also predicted that airlines’ average profit per passenger would increase to around $7 next year, up sharply from just $2.25 18 months ago. IATA expects airlines in Africa, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region to be less profitable than the industry average. Global conflicts are also driving costs higher because of the big stretches of airspace closed to commercial flights, Walsh said. The group, which acquired Hawaiian’s parent company in September, is targeting $1 billion in additional profit from the combined entity in 2027.
