Thousands of cases of improperly labeled Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade have been recalled after they were found to contain the regular formula of lemonade with 40 grams of sugar, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Approximately 13,152 cases of mislabeled lemonade, each including 12 cans of the mistakenly sugary drink, were shipped to retail stores in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. In addition to the 40 grams of sugar, regular Minute Maid Lemonade contains 30 times the calories and over 20 times the total carbs of Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade, according to the nutritional facts listed on Instacart. Coca-Cola issued the recall on September 10, but a press release was never publicized, according to the FDA’s enforcement report. Concerned consumers can distinguish affected cans by searching for the codes "FEB1725CNA" and "FEB1725CNB" printed on the carton and the bottom of the cans.

Washington CNN —Sen. JD Vance, the Republican vice presidential nominee, falsely claimed Sunday that former President Donald Trump “didn’t go after his political opponents” during his presidency – an assertion that is contradicted by a mountain of evidence. As president, Trump publicly and privately pressured the Justice Department, and others in his administration, to investigate or prosecute numerous political opponents. Trump made extensive behind-the-scenes efforts to get his political opponents charged with crimes. But you don’t have to rely on investigative reporting or the memoirs of former administration officials to know that Trump went after political opponents as president. As CNN reporter Marshall Cohen has noted, there is a long list of political opponents whom Trump publicly called for the Justice Department and others to investigate or prosecute.

Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher was not amused after “Saturday Night Live” used his infamous feud with his brother and bandmate Noel Gallagher as inspiration for a sketch. !”The Gallagher brothers were known for their intense and very public disagreements throughout Oasis’ heyday in the 1990s, continuing until 2009, when Noel, main songwriter and lead guitarist, decided he could no longer work with frontman Liam. Given the infamy of their feuding, Oasis didn’t seem likely to reunite for many years. But in August, the Gallagher brothers announced a 2025 tour, 19 years after the band went on hiatus. The tour will mark the 30th anniversary of the band’s second album, “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?”, which includes the hit single “Wonderwall.”

The Gateway Pundit, infamous for publishing extremely partisan and sensationalized material, often dabbles in baseless right-wing conspiracy theories. The company tried to declare bankruptcy in April, saying the 2020 defamation cases were threatening its solvency. Gateway Pundit is appealing that ruling. Tax-loss harvesting is a common year-end method used by investors and money managers to minimize taxes. The practice involves selling off losing positions to offset taxes on realized capital gains incurred on winning investments. To find the names worth selling, CNBC Pro used its stock-screening tool to hunt for names with a market cap exceeding $1 billion. The cloud platform company's stock has lost roughly 57% this year, with the average price target implying that shares could fall about 18%. Tropical Storm Milton formed in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico Saturday morning, just hours after it became a tropical depression, , according to the National Hurricane Center. This new storm formation comes less than 10 days after Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida, and is forecast to strengthen into a hurricane, bringing life-threatening conditions to the state's west coast next week. Maximum sustained winds from Tropical Storm Milton are estimated to be 40 miles per hour with higher gusts, the NHC said. Hurricane and storm surge watches will likely be required for certain regions of Florida on Sunday, many of which have just been hard-hit by Hurricane Helene. The National Weather Service placed the region in the potential path of Tropical Storm Milton, although it is still too early to tell how the storm will impact the county.

Haze and a chlorine odor will likely descend upon Atlanta on Thursday, as officials struggle to contain the fallout from a Georgia chemical lab fire that ignited Sunday. With weather models predicting a wind shift, there is a high likelihood that people across metro Atlanta will wake up on Thursday morning seeing haze and smelling chlorine, GEMA/HS said in the release. While the air quality findings announced Wednesday were above the action level for chlorine, GEMA/HS says workers on site have continued to make progress in neutralizing the product. Periodic increases in chlorine levels around the facility are expected as this process continues, the agency said. GEMA/HS says chlorine levels in the air sit at safe levels.

WASHINGTON — Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been disbarred from practicing law in Washington, D.C., according to an order filed Thursday by the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Both panels had pointed to Giuliani trying to get thousands of votes for President Joe Biden tossed out in the battleground state of Pennsylvania that year. The D.C. Bar's Board on Professional Responsibility said in a report in June that there was "clear and convincing evidence" that Giuliani "violated Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct" and therefore "should be disbarred." Giuliani also lost his law license in New York state in July over his actions to disseminate lies about voter fraud in the 2020 election. Smartmatic also is suing Fox News for defamation in New York and recently settled a lawsuit in the District of Columbia against the One America News Network, another conservative outlet. Dominion Voting Systems similarly filed several defamation lawsuits against those who spread conspiracy theories blaming its election equipment for Trump's loss.
