He was sentenced in April to four years' probation for his role in McClain's death. She left the courthouse after he was sentenced to five years in prison with her fist in the air. Outside the court after the judge issued his house arrest measure, Andrew Tate told reporters that many of the alleged victims in the new case have statements in the Tate brother’s defense. After the Tate brothers’ arrest in December 2022, they were held for three months in police detention before being moved to house arrest. Last month, a court overturned an earlier decision that allowed the Tate brothers to leave Romania as they await trial. Peters, a one-time hero to election deniers, was accused of using someone else’s security badge to give an expert affiliated with My Pillow chief executive Mike Lindell access to the Mesa County election system and deceiving other officials about that person’s identity.
