CNN —Coca-Cola has recalled more than 13,000 cases of Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade because the mislabeled cartons actually contained the full-sugar version of the drink, according to a report from the US Food and Drug Administration. One can of Minute Maid Lemonade has 40 grams of sugar, according to product information on Amazon. Consumers can identify the recalled products by looking for codes FEB1725CNA or FEB1725CNB printed on the packaging. The recall started in early September, but a news release was not issued at the time. “No impacted product remains in the market, and all recall activities in those markets are complete,” Coca-Cola told CNN in a statement.

After obtaining a warrant, they arrested Torilena Fields, 32, and charged her with abuse of a corpse, evidence tampering and obstruction. A doctor shortage is projected to hit 86,000 by 2036. According to the Rural Medical Training Collaborative, 133 rural residencies in family medicine and 69 rural-track programs are recruiting for 2025 enrollment, along with 30 internal-medicine residencies and 16 psychiatry residencies. Several pieces of legislation have also been introduced to Congress to address the doctor shortage. For example, HR 7855, the Association of American Medical Colleges-endorsed Rural Residency Planning and Development Act of 2024, would codify the Rural Residency Planning and Development Program, which funds the startup costs of residency training in rural areas, Dill said. From 2019 to 2024, the program has enabled the launch of 46 accredited rural residency programs across 38 states and Puerto Rico.

American Water, the largest regulated water and wastewater utility company in the U.S., announced Tuesday that it was the target of a “cybersecurity incident.”The New Jersey-based utility company became aware of “unauthorized activity” in their computer networks and systems on Thursday that was determined to be the result of a cyberattack, it said in a statement. American Water also took their customer portal service offline as part of their response, putting a pause on billing "until further notice," they said. Founded in 1886, American Water provides drinking water and wastewater services to more than 14 million people across 14 states and 18 military facilities, according to their website. The company manages more than 500 water and wastewater systems in approximately 1,700 communities, including in California, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The investigation into the cyberattack is ongoing "and will take time to complete," American Water said.

Fourteen attorneys general, led by officials in New York and California, filed lawsuits Tuesday accusing the social media platform TikTok of damaging young users’ mental health and collecting their data without consent. “Young people are struggling with their mental health because of addictive social media platforms like TikTok,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said in a statement. A fourth university has forfeited its women’s volleyball match against San José State University following controversy over the gender identity of one of the team’s players. In the lawsuit, Slusser says the teammate who was the subject of the media coverage told her she was a trans woman.
