Big Lots released the latest list of store closures as it makes changes to its network. Going into 2023, Big Lots is also trying to increase the number of stores it has in more sparsely-populated areas of the US. The changes to Big Lots' store network come as the company faces declining sales. Historically high inflation has hit low-income consumers, Big Lots' primary customer base, particularly hard, CEO Bruce Thorn said in December. That's led many of them to hold off on buying the non-essential items that Big Lots sells, he added.
The closet where Biden's lawyers found classified documents was inside of a shared "general suite." A second batch of classified documents was discovered by aides at a separate location Biden had used, NBC News reported on Wednesday. He expressed concern about the two-month delay between Biden's lawyers discovering the documents and the White House's public announcement. Trump repeatedly (and foolishly) tried to stonewall Archives and the FBI, which then discovered additional records in the August search; Biden's lawyers say they are cooperating. Ozio confirmed that the Penn Biden Center shared a "general suite" with another Penn entity that uses the same address.

The San Francisco mayor said the problem is that it takes a long time to build housing, especially given all the requirements.

Produced by the Hearst-owned food brand Delish, "Budget Eats" was the kind of digital success story that traditional magazine giants crave. As Xie worked her day job developing recipes, "Budget Eats" was morphing from a pandemic experiment to a bonafide hit. A career recipe developer at work, the "Budget Eats" Xie doesn't even measure out ingredients. "It felt like she was afraid that putting 'Budget Eats' from her kitchen onto this cable network might dilute the honesty," Lennon-Simon said. Since featuring for Team Melli at the last World Cup -- and missing a late opportunity against Portugal to take Iran into the knockout rounds for the first time -- the 30-year-old from Bushehr has turned into a scoring machine. The goals have flowed as the striker helped his team to the Portuguese league and cup double last season, with Taremi also impressive in the Champions League. The road for Iran was slightly less smooth, even if Taremi was scoring regularly under former coach Dragan Skocic. A fall-out with the Croatian saw him dropped for World Cup qualifiers against Lebanon and Syria last year before the pair patched up their differences and Taremi returned to the squad. Taremi, whose brother Mohammad played professionally, can lead the line alone or partner Sardar Azmoun, should the Bayer Leverkusen striker shake off an injury before the World Cup.
Now, Jim Obergefell — the man for which that case was named — is running for Ohio state House. "But you know, the nice thing is, everything I went through with the court case — a lot of that really prepared me for something like this." The "court case" in question was Obergefell v. Hodges, the landmark 2015 civil rights case in which the Supreme Court ruled five to four that same-sex couples were guaranteed the right to marry. "I don't start with it, and I don't focus on it," he said of his association with the 2015 Supreme Court case. "Very, very few of them have a Supreme Court case that happened because of that relationship."

ATHERTON, Calif. — Three decades after a car was reported stolen in Northern California, police are digging the missing convertible out of the yard of a $15 million mansion built by a man with a history of arrests for murder, attempted murder and insurance fraud. Although cadaver dogs alerted to possible human remains on Thursday, none had been found more than 24 hours after technicians with the San Mateo County Crime Lab began excavating the car, DeGolia said. The car was reported stolen in September 1992 in nearby Palo Alto, he said. Cadaver dogs were again brought back to the house and again “made a slight notification of possible human remains,” DeGolia said. Daniel Larsen said the dogs could be reacting to human remains, old bones, blood, vomit, or a combination of those things.

Del Rey concluded: “Obviously I won’t ever leave anything in the car again, even if it’s just for a moment.

The fact is, there are several important reasons I will continue saving for my kid's college education, and why those who can afford to do so should do the same. Today's forgiveness plan won't help future borrowersOne big issue I have with Biden's forgiveness plan is that it is a one-time action that does nothing to fix our broken higher education system. Biden's forgiveness plan once again limits relief to individual borrowers with incomes of $125,000, or couples who earn $250,000 or less. For these reasons and plenty of others, we are still saving for our children's college education on a monthly basis.
