The infants had specific physical birth defects: cleft palate, unusually small heads, drooping eyelids, webbed toes and joints that weren’t fully developed. Ross, acknowledged there was no exact precedent for having shareholders overturn a judge’s decision in similar cases. Evictions have increased most significantly in Sun Belt cities where housing affordability has worsened and where renters often have fewer protections.
