"The boxing mega-event dominated social media, shattered records, and even had our buffering systems on the ropes," the company wrote on X Saturday. There were around 65 million concurrent streams at the peak of the Tyson-Paul fight, which was held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Netflix said said in a statement Saturday. Around 50 million households watched the fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, the co-main event that directly preceded the fight between Tyson and Paul.
