One HIMARS launcher can carry six GMLRS rockets or one longer-range ATACMS ballistic missile. HIMARS rockets destroyed Russian ammunition depots and headquarters, disrupting logistics and command and control, and spurring Russian forces to move vital facilities deeper behind their lines. Collectively, such trends are prompting some militaries to consider possible alternatives to the US HIMARS system, though certainly that remains a major player in this competition for contracts."

Americans think they need a whole lot more money than they're making to feel comfortable, according to a new survey. The latest survey from Bankrate, which polled 2,407 US adults from May 16 to 20, looks at how much Americans think they need to make to feel financially secure. According to the survey, Gen Z respondents said a $200,000 annual salary would ensure their financial security. Millennials said they'd need $199,000, and for Gen Xers and baby boomers, their financial security targets were at $183,000 and $171,000, respectively. To be sure, it's not all bad for Gen Z. TransUnion's latest Consumer Pulse Study found that Gen Z is "the most stable of any generation" in this year's second quarter, with 45% of them reporting wage increases over the past three months.

Some 30% to 40% of people with depression do not experience symptom improvement after trying one treatment, according to the study. And about 30% of people diagnosed with depression go on to experience treatment-resistant depression when the disorder doesn’t improve after multiple treatment attempts. Mapping depression in the brainThe authors used data from 801 adult participants who were previously diagnosed with depression or anxiety, and 137 healthy control group participants. The grant supports a five-year project involving 4,500 participants, which is centered on the development of a better diagnosis and treatment tool for depression biotypes. This method isn’t intended to replace or be the primary choice for assessments of individual cases of depression, Williams said.
