CNN —Five new lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs have been filed by both male and female accusers who allege they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the embattled music mogul, who now faces more than 30 civil complaints. The majority of the new lawsuits allege that plaintiffs were sexually assaulted at parties hosted by Combs, with one incident allegedly taking place at the producer’s White Party in 2004. One accuser claims in his lawsuit that he was assaulted by Combs and his associates at a casting call for a music video. Attorneys for Combs denied the claims, but did not respond to specific allegations in the lawsuits. Last month, the lawyers said at a press conference that they were representing more than 100 plaintiffs with allegations against Combs.

These parents are also more likely to feel they might be demonstrating poor anger management techniques, worry about the potential problems caused by their child’s anger and note that their child has encountered negative repercussions when angry. In fact, 30% of parents report they have not received advice on how to help their child manage their anger. Although more than 60% of parents say their child has learned anger management techniques at school, less than half say the school provides resources to help parents address the issue at home.

The surgeon general’s 837-page report on tobacco use found that 37.8% of gay, lesbian and bisexual U.S. adults have tried electronic cigarettes, compared with just 16.5% of their straight counterparts. He said that LGBTQ people use tobacco products at higher rates largely because of “long-standing stigma” within health care settings. Still, 36 million U.S. adults and 760,000 middle and high school students smoke tobacco products, according to the report. A Wyoming judge ruled Monday that two laws restricting and banning abortion in the state violate its constitution, making the procedure legal up until fetal viability for the time being. Teton County District Judge Melissa Owens imposed an injunction on the pair of state laws in a ruling that said they ran afoul of the state constitution, which says every person has a right to personal autonomy in making medical decisions. The statutes were therefore “facially unconstitutional,” Owens wrote, as they placed “unreasonable and unnecessary restrictions” on pregnant women’s rights to make their own health care decisions. After having called more than 30 witnesses, the prosecution in the manslaughter trial of Daniel Penny, who is charged in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, rested its case Monday.
