Looking for a less risky way to find growth stocks amid all the artificial intelligence hype? Looking ahead, Thornburg expects the Fantastic Five's outperformance to continue, with the forward price-to-earnings ratio of the European group falling below the seven U.S. stocks starting in 2026 and running through 2028. Nick Griffin, chief investment officer at Munro Partners, has invested in Nvidia since 2019 — but even he is taken aback by the stock's astronomical run so far. Nvidia's outlook Griffin pointed to industry estimates that showed Nvidia is set to sell $100 billion of its AI accelerators in the next 12 months. The stock market's current bull rally could last for another 5 years, according to tech analyst Gene Munster. Munster said a new crop of AI companies will go public and drive a boom in the stock market. But Munster expects the stock market rally to morph into a bubble that eventually bursts. Instead, much of the upside that Gene sees inflating the stock market bubble will come from smaller AI-focused companies. A Team USA bodysuit is reigniting a conversation about the design of women's athletic outfits. Following the reveal of the showy unitard, athletes quipped that they would definitely need a thorough wax to wear the women's piece. Jordana Katcher, Nike's vice president for global sports apparel, also told the Post that several women athletes had requested the unitard specifically. Black women athletes are often hyper-sexualized or painted as angry or evil. Nike’s new Olympic outfit designs for the US women and men were revealed last week, and the track and field uniforms have rightly been met with intense criticism. Just look at what Caitlin Clark, Dawn Staley and this year’s women collegiate basketball players did for the NCAA. For the uninitiated, prior to the settlement the women were earning as little as 40% of what the men were paid, despite winning four World Cup championships. A woman, Simone Biles, is the most decorated gymnast of all time, winning an astounding 37 World and Olympic medals… and she’s not done competing. Investors should disregard concerns over high valuations and focus on growth in what is now a "stockpicker's market," according to Matt Orton, chief market strategist at Raymond James Investment Management. The S&P 500 closed out a two-week losing streak on Friday, but Orton told CNBC that stock market gains are broadening and brief pullbacks should be used "opportunistically." Much of the significant rally over the last 18 months has been driven by the so-called "Magnificent 7" megacap tech stocks, but they have begun to diverge. "We're back to a stockpicker's market – idiosyncratic risk is finally being rewarded again and that, to me, is most important. It means that you have the opportunity to diversify your portfolio and actually lean into what works and lean out of what's not," Orton told CNBC's "Squawk Box Europe" on Monday.

In today's big story, we're looking at pharma companies' surging stocks and threatening tech darlings thanks to their weight-loss drugs. And it comes despite only 1% of US adults taking weight-loss drugs, according to Bank of America , which predicts that number could rise to 15% by 2035. Weight-loss drugs are also cutting more than just fat. For Wall Street, meanwhile, the equation is much simpler: Getting more people on weight-loss drugs boosts the economy. The trend, which will be powered by cash-rich mega-cap tech companies, is thanks to strong earnings growth, the bank said.
