LONDON — The Bank of England is widely expected to cut interest rates Thursday, when policymakers deliver their first monetary policy decision following Labour's bumper budget announcement last week. The BOE is forecast to lower rates by 25 basis points for the second time this year, bringing its key rate to 4.75%. Policymakers had signaled a "gradual approach" to cuts after holding rates steady at their September meeting. Originally from Indianapolis, Banschbach moved to Suffolk, England, for work and took up the game entirely by chance last year. “Last fall, [I was] seeing all the conkers on the sidewalks and kind of wondering what they were,” she remembered. “It’s kind of funny because I had won on two separate occasions, and kind of joked that I was the reigning conker queen. But I specifically remember the commentator would say something like ‘Oh, we’ve never had an American winner,’” said Banschbach.

I live with my husband and two teens, and we've had a Costco membership since 2014. Costco has some great deals, but sometimes buying in bulk isn't worth it for our family. I've found many of the premade meals aren't a good value, and buying cold cuts in bulk is wasteful.
