„Effervescents du Monde” s-a desfășurat în perioada 15-18 decembrie 2020 în regiunea viticolă Burgundia din Franța. Medalia de aur i-a revenit vinăriei Cricova pentru spumantul „Pinot Noir Extra Brut Alb”. În total, la „Effervescents du Monde - 2020” au participat 19 țări, cu 479 mostre de vin, apreciate de peste 80 de experți francezi, dar și din alte state ale lumii. În cadrul concursului au fost oferite 35 de medalii de aur și 115 de argint. Republica Moldova a participat pentru al treilea an consecutiv la competiție, iar în 2019, spumantele moldoveneşti au fost premiate cu o medalie de aur și 8 de argint, după ce în 2018 au atins un record de 12 medalii (2 – aur, 10 - argint).

Республика Молдова завоевала 11 медалей - одну золотую и 10 серебряных - в 18-м выпуске важнейшего конкурса Effervescents du Monde, посвященного игристым винам. Они получили 10 (3 золотые, 7 серебряных медалей) и 9 наград соответственно, сообщает unimedia.info. Золотая медаль досталась винодельне Крикова за игристое вино Pinot Noir Extra Brut Alb. На конкурсе было вручено 35 золотых и 115 серебряных медалей. Республика Молдова участвует в конкурсе третий год подряд, и в 2019 году молдавские игристые вина были удостоены золотой и 8 серебряных медалей.
