New Jersey officials revealed this week that they are looking at the licenses at his three golf courses there. AdvertisementThese states prohibit felons or people convicted of "moral" offenses such as fraud from holding a liquor license. Say Trump is landlord to the bar operators at one of these properties, and it's the bar operators who hold the liquor license, Pierce said. If Trump is charging the bar a flat rent, his felony status won't impact that liquor license. Trump would still have options, though, even if his hush-money conviction voided one or more of his liquor licenses.

BALTIMORE (AP) — Lamar Jackson threw two touchdown passes and ran for two scores, and the Baltimore Ravens pulled away in the second half for a 34-10 win over the Houston Texans on Saturday to advance to the AFC championship game. On one of his most productive rushing days of the season, Jackson helped the Ravens (14-4) take control in the third quarter after the teams entered the half tied at 10. Stroud had a solid, composed first half for Houston, the Texans (11-8) ultimately couldn't turn enough promising drives into points against an impressive Ravens defense. But on the first possession of the second half, Jackson guided Baltimore 55 yards in six plays and scored on a run up the middle. Ravens: Baltimore is one win away from its first Super Bowl appearance in 11 years.

Yet the Philadelphia Eagles seem close to harnessing the power of certainty thanks to one play: “The Brotherly Shove.”A play on Philadelphia’s “City of Brotherly Love” nickname, the “Brotherly Shove” – also known as “The Tush Push” – has become the NFL’s most talked about play. The “Tush Push” is the Eagles’ own version of the quarterback sneak and is brought out when Philadelphia finds itself in short-yard situations. The brotherly shove has become the NFL's most talked about play. “Games are being decided by [the ‘Tush Push’] and the Eagles are winning games because of it. The formidable Eagles offensive line is always one step ahead of the opposition when it comes to the "Tush Push."

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Logan Eschrich came to Buffalo to witness the snowstorm, and he stayed for the shoveling on Sunday. Once the professional storm chaser saw the Buffalo Bills invite fans to help dig out a snow-filled Highmark Stadium for their delayed playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, now scheduled for Monday, Eschrich couldn’t resist. Stadium crews were unable to keep up with the falling snow, using blowers to uncover the yard lines. Today, it’s a cherished memory for Wood, in part because the win helped the Bills snap a 17-season playoff drought. One thing is certain for Tasker who, like Wood, is part of the Bills' radio broadcast team.

HOUSTON (AP) — From the couch to the playoffs, Joe Flacco had an incredible run with the Cleveland Browns. But his stretch of success came to a sudden end on Saturday, when the Browns lost 45-14 to the Houston Texans in a wild-card playoff matchup. “It’s definitely a shame the way it went down and hard to deal with at the moment,” Flacco said. Watson was under center for the Texans during their last playoff run in 2019 but played just six games for the Browns this season. “I love it here, (but) we’re dealing with so much going through the emotions of this game,” Flacco said.

___The Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers haven't let last season's postseason disappointment become a hangover in 2023. Both teams head into Sunday's rematch of last season's NFC title game with a chance to turn those recent failures into success. The Eagles are the fourth team in NFL history to win at least 10 of their first 11 games in back-to-back seasons. The Eagles and 49ers are currently the top two seeds in the NFC, setting the stage for a rare possible NFC title game rematch.
