Spokespeople for General Mills, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo did not immediately respond to requests for comment. President Joe Biden has mentioned shrinkflation numerous times, declaring it a “rip-off” in a video he posted to X. The success of so many 2020 election deniers in Republican primaries this year demonstrates that Trump’s ongoing campaign of election lies continues to have a strong hold on his party. Outside of the ABC27 news station where Casey and McCormick debated, a slew of people aligned with Casey’s campaign held signs calling McCormick an out-of-state candidate. McCormick attempted to deflect the line of attack on the debate stage by arguing Casey has little show for his long career in public office. “When you don’t have a record to run on, which Senator Casey does not, you attack your opponent,” McCormick shot back. When Vice President Kamala Harris replaced Biden as the Democratic nominee, McCormick said Casey quickly changed his tune. “Senator Casey said, ‘Kamala Harris is great!’” McCormick said.

CNN —Nearly two months ago, CNN reached out to Melania Trump’s book publisher to request an interview with the former first lady ahead of her upcoming memoir. Spokespeople for ABC, NBC and CBS declined to comment on whether they received a similar request for payment from Trump’s publisher. It may seem as if prioritizing work over sleep can help you be more productive, but the opposite is true. A day devoted to yourselfHaving time to yourself is extremely important, Tallent says.

However, there's an interesting dynamic at play in pivotal swing states like Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania headed into November: A relatively small but significant bloc of Trump voters are also backing Democratic Senate candidates. While school meal prices vary throughout the country, a survey conducted by the School Nutrition Association, a trade organization, found that lunches typically cost about $2.83 for elementary school students, $3 for middle school students and $3.05 for high school students. The prices mean that the $100 million in transaction fees could have bought another 33 million or so school lunches or over 55 million school breakfasts. “Junk fees on school lunch should not exist. A handful of states have made universal school meals permanent, but most have returned to the pre-pandemic format. “School lunch should always be free, and definitely free of judgment,” Fetterman said at the hearing on Wednesday.
