Police found the teen sitting in a car in the parking lot of Husky Academy, about a mile away from the high school with a fully loaded gun. Passengers said a pressurization issue on a Delta Air Lines flight Sunday left them with bloody noses and ears. A spokesperson for the airline company said that Flight 1203 from Salt Lake City to Portland, Oregon, was unable to pressurize above 10,000 feet. Passenger Jaci Purser told NBC affiliate KSL-TV of Salt Lake City that she felt her ear pop and then bubble because of the pressure in the cabin. A 17-year-old Colorado boy was shot in the face Tuesday after he and a friend went to a home to ask permission to take homecoming photos on the property. The shooting happened around 4:15 p.m. at a home on Pleasant Park Road in Jefferson County, the sheriff's office said. Metz then got out of his vehicle and allegedly fired one round through the windshield of the teen's car, the news station reported. He said they parked outside the gate, hopped the fence and walked up the driveway to look for the homeowner, the sheriff's office said in a news release. A sheriff's office spokesperson told KUSA that the teen's intent did not seem "malicious or criminal."

The Grammy winner will be attending his Friday DWI court hearing in person, a spokesperson for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office told NBC News on Wednesday. Timberlake, 43, was pulled over on June 18 after driving through a stop sign in the affluent Hamptons area of Long Island a little after 12:15 a.m. During the singer's court appearance last month, he appeared virtually from his Belgium tour stop. CNN —Justin Timberlake is expected to enter a plea in a driving while intoxicated case related to his June arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, according to the Suffolk County district attorney’s office. Timberlake will appear at a hearing this Friday, marking the singer’s first return to the Hamptons enclave since his arrest. The singer pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated last month, through a virtual court appearance, where the judge suspended his license. Timberlake will plead to a lesser charge, according to the Associated Press.
