Cramer warned that the volume of reports next week coupled with comments from the Fed will make it a tough time for any solid investing decisions. On Monday, Cramer said he will be watching as steelmakers Nucor and Cleveland-Cliffs report earnings. The day features earnings reports from Pfizer , General Motors , Microsoft , Alphabet , Starbucks and AMD . Thursday is another big earnings day, with morning reports from Honeywell and Merck and then Apple , Amazon and Meta after close. He said if the unemployment rate doesn't hit 4%, investors shouldn't expect a March rate cut from the Fed.

After reviewing Tesla's earnings, CNBC's Jim Cramer on Thursday criticized CEO Elon Musk and told investors why he thinks the electric vehicle giant has lost its spot among the "Magnificent Seven" tech stocks. "As someone who was among the first to vocalize the Magnificent Seven rubric, I officially acknowledge now that there are only six left," he said. Tesla's Wednesday report missed Wall Street's expectations and warned of a slowdown in 2024, sending its stock plummeting, down 12% by Thursday's close. Cramer also criticized Tesla's leadership, saying top management of great companies show they're committed to the success of their enterprise. "Oh, thank heavens, you don't have a Magnificent Seven CEO who might go bonkers and, more important, what if he doesn't get his 25% voting power?"

CNBC's Jim Cramer on Thursday said the market's had a significant run, and it may be time to ring the register. Cramer reflected on the CNBC Investing Club's decision to sell all of the Charitable Trust's shares of Caterpillar . The trust bought Caterpillar stock in part due to the assumption the Fed would implement several rate cuts, which usually bodes well for industrials. According to Cramer, stock dips for PayPal and ServiceNow may signal losses for other stocks previously bolstered by AI initiatives. "It means you need to do some trimming, purely because your profits don't count until you ring the register."

CNBC's Jim Cramer on Wednesday said the market hasn't been playing by usual Wall Street rules over the past few years, telling investors to find anomalies and use them to their advantage. "Nothing we've ever learned about the market has played out like it was supposed to for the last two years," he said. When the market no longer reflects the playbook, you've got to throw out the playbook and write a new one." The company is facing heavy scrutiny after a piece of its 737 Max 9 aircraft blew out during an Alaska Airlines flight. Cramer said investors may expect sell-offs in a narrow market, but this hasn't been the case.

CNBC's Jim Cramer on Wednesday reviewed oil service stocks after the sector's major players reported earnings, telling investors why he thinks SLB and Halliburton have room to run. Cramer said he's optimistic on these stocks after their earnings showed strong international business and efficient rigs. Both stocks have seen gains in the sessions since their reports, with Halliburton up 4.33% by Wednesday's close and SLB up 2.48%"I think SLB and Halliburton deserve all of this upside and more," Cramer said. Yes, the growth outlook for the oil service industry is better than I thought going into earnings, primarily thanks to increased activity overseas." He wondered if these oil service companies would become "victims of their own efficiency," with producers needing to purchase fewer rigs because each one can generate more oil than in the past.

President Biden has approved a shake-up of the leadership of his campaign, and will dispatch a top White House aide to take over functional control of his re-election effort just as former President Donald J. Trump appears to be seizing control of the Republican primary contest to oppose him. The aide, Jennifer O’Malley Dillon, who was the campaign manager for Mr. Biden’s 2020 campaign and has served as a deputy chief of staff in the White House since he became president, will move to the Biden 2024 headquarters in Wilmington, Del., and direct the campaign’s efforts, according to five people familiar with the discussions. It is unclear precisely what title Ms. O’Malley Dillon will take at the campaign or when the announcement will be made, though it could come later this week. Julie Chávez Rodríguez, the campaign’s manager since shortly after it began in April, is expected to retain that title. “Our campaign manager is and will continue to oversee the president’s re-election efforts, and this campaign will remain laser-focused on defeating Donald Trump and MAGA extremism at the ballot box this November,” said Michael Tyler, the campaign’s communications director.

CNBC's Jim Cramer suggested an uneven start to earnings season makes the Federal Reserve's March decision on interest rates hard to predict. Cramer unpacked earnings results from some of the many companies that reported on Tuesday. Higher rates lead DR Horton to offer mortgage incentives so that customers would buy homes, Cramer said. But some companies' reports showed inflation is still a real issue, he added. "We have so many stocks that've rallied because buyers were betting on low inflation, a strong economy, and a series of rate cuts," Cramer said.

Five takeaways from the New Hampshire primary

But she’ll be battling history: In modern presidential campaign history, no non-incumbent has won the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary without going on to win his party’s nomination. Here are five takeaways from the New Hampshire primaries:Trump wants Haley out — nowIn what were expected to be celebratory remarks Tuesday night in New Hampshire, Trump instead sounded annoyed that Haley had not yet dropped out of the Republican primary race. There are dozens of states left to go,” Haley told supporters in her election night speech Tuesday in New Hampshire. Haley waves to the audience as she speaks at a New Hampshire primary night rally, in Concord, New Hampshire, on Tuesday. Logitech CEO Hanneke Faber discussed the company's most recent quarterly report with CNBC's Jim Cramer, describing external headwinds that may hinder top line sales growth. "What we wanted to do ... in our reporting today is make sure that we're a little cautious," Faber said. "Because while there's a lot of stuff that Logitech's got going for it, we do think the recovery to growing top line sales will be gradual, and that's because there's so much happening in the external environment." She added that office vacancies in the U.S. just hit an all-time high, and empty office buildings mean fewer Logitech products sold. "There's just a lot of things happening in the market, that's why we're a little cautious," Faber said.

The New Hampshire attorney general's office on Monday said it was investigating reports of an apparent robocall that used artificial intelligence to mimic President Joe Biden's voice and discourage voters in the state from coming to the polls during Tuesday's primary election. Attorney General John Formella said the recorded message, which was sent to multiple voters on Sunday, appears to be an illegal attempt to disrupt and suppress voting. “Your vote makes a difference in November, not this Tuesday.”It is not true that voting in Tuesday's primary precludes voters from casting a ballot in November's general election. The attorney general's office said anyone who has received the call should email the state Justice Department's election law unit. “Any effort to discourage voters is disgraceful and an unacceptable affront to democracy,” Dolan said in a statement.

Some Democratic voters in New Hampshire received calls appearing to be from Biden. The deepfakes of the president pushed Democrats to skip Tuesday's primary election in New Hampshire. AdvertisementJust before the first (but unofficial) Democratic primary of the 2024 election, voters in New Hampshire said they've received phone calls telling them not to turn out from an unlikely source: President Joe Biden. CNBC's Jim Cramer on Monday suggested Tesla could lose its spot in the "Magnificent Seven" megacap stocks list. Thought to be part of the Russian foreign intelligence service SVR, Nobelium is also known as Midnight Blizzard and Cozy Bear. Nobelium has tried to breach the systems of U.S. allies as well as the Department of Defense. By Nandita BoseWASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will spotlight Republican curbs on abortion rights this week, a galvanizing issue for Democrats that they hope will boost enthusiasm among their base, attract independent voters, and increase turnout in November. The Biden campaign is putting abortion rights front and center in 2024, and argues abortion access is a personal freedom that former President Donald Trump and Republicans are denying women. Democrats hope a threat of further curbs on abortion will bring voters to the polls in November. All seven statewide ballot initiatives to enshrine reproductive rights since 2022 have succeeded, including in conservative Ohio, Kansas and Kentucky. Abortion rights groups are collecting signatures in Arizona, Nevada and Florida to put a reproductive rights amendment on the ballot in 2024 as well.

Support for abortion rights drove women to the polls during the 2022 midterm elections, delivering Democrats unexpected success. Still, Democrats believe abortion will be a key motivator for base voters and help expand their coalition. Biden aides and allies point to recent elections that have overwhelmingly shown that, when voters can choose, they have chosen to safeguard abortion rights. According to an Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll, among Democrats, nearly nine in 10 say abortion should generally be legal. But it also underscores a pervasive fear among Republican candidates and voters alike that vocalizing their desire to further restrict abortion rights in 2024 might be politically dangerous.

CNBC's Jim Cramer on Friday gave investors his take on which regional banks came out of earnings reports looking the best. It was a tough year for regional banks in 2023 after a series of failures in the spring. The sector started to make a comeback toward the end of 2023, but now many in the group have "gone cold," Cramer said. That's good news for the regional banks here, especially since the economy's holding up just fine." Citizens Financial Group 's earnings were in line with expectations, but its outlook for the rest of the year was more encouraging.
