DETROIT (AP) — Tesla is recalling nearly all of the vehicles it has sold in the U.S. because some warning lights on the instrument panel are too small. It covers the 2012 through 2023 Model S, the 2016 through 2023 Model X, the 2017 through 2023 Model 3, the 2019 through 2024 Model Y and the 2024 Cybertruck. Tesla has already started releasing the software update, and owners will be notified by letter starting March 30. The recall comes as the agency steps up scrutiny of Tesla vehicles. WASHINGTON — Members of the House Homeland Security Committee are meeting Tuesday to discuss the Republican-led impeachment articles against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. House Republicans accuse Mayorkas and the Biden administration of disregarding federal laws on immigration and seek to make Mayorkas the second Cabinet official impeached in U.S. history. According to the first impeachment article set forth by House Republicans, Mayorkas "has willfully and systemically refused to comply with Federal immigration laws." The second impeachment article accuses him of breaching the "public trust" and "knowingly" obstructing "lawful oversight of the Department of Homeland Security."

An AI audio startup founded by former Palantir and Acast staffers has raised $3 million in a seed round backed by investors, including Y Combinator and Diary of a CEO host Steven Bartlett. London-based Wondercraft, founded in 2022, aims to become the "Canva of audio." Nikolaou said he likened the startup to Canva because he wanted to "empower everyone to be an audio creator." CNN —The Donald Trump vice presidential reality selection show is heating up, with pundits laying out lists of possible people Trump might choose. They range from South Carolina GOP Sen. Tim Scott, to Ohio Sen. JD Vance, to even former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Trump won’t select a running mate who will help expand his voting base, as he did in 2016 when he named then-Indiana Gov. Pablo Martinez Monsivais/APWith those type of schemes, Trump needs a vice president who will not push back like Pence did.
