The price of bitcoin could rise to $150,000 by 2025, Bernstein said Tuesday in a note citing optimism about a bitcoin exchange-traded fund. Bernstein analyst Gautam Chhugani said the firm expects the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to approve a bitcoin ETF by the first quarter of 2024. The only similar product is Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust , or GBTC, which presently holds around 3% of outstanding bitcoin, according to the note. Last week, the price of bitcoin reached $35,000, its highest level since May 2022. However, the court ruling does not guarantee the SEC will approve a bitcoin ETF.

As of Monday morning, 118 aid trucks with food, water and medical supplies have entered Gaza through the Rafah crossing. The Israel military says there are fuel supplies in Gaza being held by Hamas which are not being distributed for humanitarian purposes, CNN reported. Gaza cannot produce food or clean water without electricity or fuel. The power plant ran out of fuel two weeks ago, and the country has had to rely on generators for electricity. The 140-square-mile enclave, blockaded by Israel since 2007, relies heavily on imported fuel and electricity to run all its services.

The officer was beaten and bludgeoned to death on Saturday by a mob, photos and videos showed, as tens of thousands joined demonstrations in the capital Dhaka, led by the main opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). "We'll ensure toughest punishment for those who were involved in the killing," Dhaka metropolitan police commissioner Habibur Rahman told reporters. A police source said one of the two arrested was a BNP youth leader while the other's affiliation was unconfirmed. REUTERS/Stringer Acquire Licensing RightsCAIRO Oct 29 (Reuters) - Impeding relief supplies to Gaza's population may constitute a crime under the International Criminal Court's (ICC) jurisdiction, the court's top prosecutor told a news conference in Egypt on Sunday. United Nations officials have said the aid supplies are limited and do not correspond to the huge need on the ground. Khan said he was not able to get into Gaza but hopes to visit the Gaza strip and Israel while he is in the region. Israel, which is not a member of the ICC, has previously rejected the court's jurisdiction and does not formally engage with its investigations. Khan has previously said that the ICC has jurisdiction over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity during both the Oct. 7 Hamas attack in Israel and in the territory of Gaza.
