It’s pretty cool — grilled fillets of buttery white-fleshed fish standing in for the more traditional pork, everything stained delicious with a complex, brick-red adobo, and served with pineapple pico de gallo and plenty of warm corn tortillas. It’s easy to forget that rhubarb is a vegetable. Much of the time, you’ll find it buried, like a fruit, under an avalanche of sugar baked into a pie, crumble or cake, or maybe simmered into a compote. With a bracing acidity reminiscent of citrus or pomegranate and no pesky seeds, it lends brightness and tang to all sorts of savory dishes. It also adds body, cooking down into a thick sauce with a soft, pulpy texture much like tomato (an actual fruit), though sharper and pinker. Think vinegar, but with precision and finesse.

Call it recession-core or Gen Z’s anti-consumerism sentiments, but #dupe has amassed more than 3.5 billion views on TikTok. Before, finding knock offs was a lowkey way to way to find affinity to a luxury brand. Lulu has been “hyper aware” of dupe culture, its Chief Brand Officer Nikki Neuburger said in an interview with CNN Business. Though lululemon may be leading in dupe hashtags on TikTok, the Align line that began in 2015 remains its top seller, the company said.

The flavor is only available for a limited time at participating Popeyes, so Insider tested it out. The buttery, sweet, biscuit is a new take on the classic biscuit that comes with each meal. The strawberry biscuit was launched at participating locations on March 27, so I decided to visit the Popeyes closest to me to give them a try before it's too late. Like Alarcon suggested, the pastry tasted like a classic biscuit with the hints of sweetness from a strawberry jelly. As for me, the strawberry biscuit is a welcome alternative to the Popeyes' regular biscuit, but I won't be adding it to my usual order.
