New York CNN —A Nevada judge has ruled that billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch and his family can hold a secret court battle over the future of his vast media empire behind closed doors. Though the Murdoch family is fighting over the trust and who will ultimately have control of the family businesses after the 93-year-old’s death, all of those involved agreed to sealing the case. Meta is teaming up with Snapchat and TikTok as part of a new initiative to prevent content featuring suicide or self-harm from spreading across the social media platforms, Meta said Thursday in a blog post. Under Thrive, Meta will identify content that features suicidal themes or self-harm and flag that content to TikTok and Snapchat so they can also investigate if the same or similar content has been posted to those apps. When content featuring suicide or self-harm is identified on a Meta platform, it will be assigned a number known as a “hash,” according to the spokesperson. The PS5 Pro will go on sale on November 7 at $700, about 40% more expensive than the PS 5 when it launched in 2020, Sony said on Tuesday. The newest console will have much more powerful computing power, allowing up to 45% faster rendering for game play, Mark Cerny, lead architect for PS5 Pro revealed in a video presentation. “Simply put, it’s the most powerful console we’ve ever built,” he said. Sales of the PS5 have lagged behind its predecessor, the PS4, of which more than 114 million units had been sold since its launch in 2013. The PS4 had dominated the gaming world and far outpaced its rival Xbox One developed by Microsoft Gaming.

The findings bring the phenomenon — and the controversy — of the latest new and powerful weight loss drugs to the youngest age group yet. The new trial looked at liraglutide, the active ingredient used in two of Novo Nordisk’s older GLP-1 drugs: Saxenda, a weight loss drug, and Victoza, a diabetes drug. So instead of looking at overall weight loss like in adult studies, they decided to focus more on BMI, which takes into account both weight and height. A spokesperson for Novo Nordisk said that it has submitted an application to the Food and Drug Administration to expand the approval of liraglutide for weight loss in children ages 6 to 11.
