Wegovy, the blockbuster weight loss treatment from Novo Nordisk , tops the list of drugs that could soon become part of the second round of price negotiations between manufacturers and Medicare. The Biden administration last month announced new negotiated prices for the first 10 Medicare Part D drugs selected for the talks. He also pushed back on Medicare price negotiations when asked about the potential selection of Wegovy and Ozempic, calling the talks "price-setting" that will have negative consequences for drug innovation. Medicare Part D doesn't cover weight loss treatments unless they are approved and prescribed for another health condition. LONDON — Princess Kate has made her first public appearance since announcing that she had completed chemotherapy and would be returning to some public duties. Joined by her husband, Prince William, she was seen attending a Sunday service at Crathie Kirk, a church near the family's royal Balmoral estate in Scotland. In early September, Kate released a deeply personal video message saying she had completed treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer that was detected after abdominal surgery earlier in the year. Kate had already appeared in public since she revealed she was undergoing cancer treatment in March, including at Trooping the Colour, an annual military parade to celebrate the birthday of the British monarch. He has also returned to public duties after temporarily stopping most of his engagements following the diagnosis.

On average, according to the latest CNN Poll of Polls, Harris is ahead by 3 points. Instead, it is a race to 270 electoral votes through the Electoral College. Per CNN’s current race ratings, Harris starts at 225 electoral votes to Trump’s 219. A win in Nebraska’s 2nd District would likely give Harris exactly 270 electoral votes when added to Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Some Nebraska Republicans, urged on by Trump, want to change the state’s method of allocating electoral votes to a winner-take-all format.
