About 70% of FSA account holders have a Dec. 31 deadline to spend their funds, according to FSA Store, an online retailer for FSA-eligible products. However, it's important to note that for many other FSA account holders, neither of those options apply, Rouleau said. If that's the case, "you really want to make sure you're tracking to Dec. 31 and spending down your funds appropriately before that date," Rouleau said.

Israel has appealed the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as the official death toll in Gaza nears 45,000, according to Palestinian health authorites. Oren Marmorstein, a spokesperson for Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed to NBC News on Sunday that Israel had filed the appeal against the ICC arrest warrants. In Gaza, Israel bombed clusters of houses and set some ablaze in three towns, also attacking Khalil Aweida, a school-turned-shelter, before storming it and ordering displaced families to head towards Gaza City, according to Reuters, citing medics and residents. Since then, nearly 45,000 people have been killed in Gaza, most of them women and children, while over 105,000 people have been injured, and many victims remain buried under rubble.

CNN —Seven tourists are being treated for suspected poisoning after drinking cocktails at a bar in an upscale Fiji resort that’s now being investigated by police. Sydney resident David Sandoe told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation he’d received a call saying his daughter and granddaughter were among those hospitalized. The US embassy in Fiji told CNN that it was aware of the reports but had nothing to add. In Fiji, king suites offering views of palm trees and the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean cost roughly $500 a night. In a statement, Warwick Fiji said it was taking the matter “very seriously.”“At this moment, we do not have conclusive details, but we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests,” the hotel said.
