Fundraising and deal-making have dropped sharply at European private debt funds, new data shows. Faisal Ramzan, a partner at law firm Proskauer Rose who advises private credit funds, said he was not seeing default. In May, I visited Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas while it was under construction in Finland. In January 2024, the ship will begin service as the world's largest cruise vessel with 2,805 rooms. These are the nine reasons I think the 7,600-guest floating resort will shake up the cruise industry. In May, I trekked from New York City to Finland to see Royal Caribbean International's work on the Icon of the Seas. Royal Caribbean said it saw its largest booking day in the company's history when reservations opened for the Icon of the Seas in October 2022.

Senior Minister of State Chee Hong Tat will be acting minister for transport, Lee added. The announcement comes weeks after a state review on allegations made against two other cabinet ministers regarding their rental of government-owned colonial bungalows.
