After several exchanges about a possible interview, the publisher sent an unusual demand last week: an interview would cost $250,000. Melania Trump’s spokesperson declined comment. Spokespeople for ABC, NBC and CBS declined to comment on whether they received a similar request for payment from Trump’s publisher.
