He will now face Grigor Dimitrov for a place in the final after the Bulgarian beat Hubert Hurkacz 6-1 4-6 6-4. Seventh seed Tsitsipas is yet to drop a set this week in disposing of Canada's Felix Auger-Aliassime, Germany's Alexander Zverev and now Khachanov. He had far too much variety for Khachanov in the opening set, using his all-court game and accurate serving to great effect. But Anna wants more and secretly takes a job at a love institute, where she meets star instructor Amir (Riz Ahmed) and begins to have her doubts about the whole process. "Fingernails" is set in an unspecified period to reflect the timelessness of love, said Nikou, a former assistant director to Greece's Yorgos Lanthimos, whose film "The Lobster" also anatomises relationships. Grant turned down an offer to play the owner of the love institute in "Fingernails" said Nikou, but the film still includes a tribute to the British actor. "We wanted to create an inside joke that the owner of the love Institute is Hugh Grant, because he's always the guy who gets the girl at the end. BERLIN, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Greece's record champions Olympiakos should accept the sanctions, including a docked point, for crowd trouble in their abandoned Athens derby against Panathinaikos for the good of the sport, Panathinaikos president Giannis Alafouzos said. The Super League's disciplinary body awarded the game to Panathinaikos 3-0 and docked hosts Olympiakos a point, a decision the Piraeus club has since appealed, claiming no one was injured. The player would also not feature in Saturday's league match against Lamia either. In 2019, a Panathinaikos home match against Olympiakos was abandoned after their fans attacked players on the visiting team's bench and clashed with police. Panathinaikos are top of the league, a point ahead of rivals Olympiakos after nine league matches.

It was seen on taking power as the country's most right-wing since wartime dictator Benito Mussolini, as Meloni's Brothers of Italy party traces its roots to the post-fascist Italian Social Movement (MSI). At home she pleased her rightist grassroots through measures to defend the traditional family, protect Italy's cultural heritage and try to stem migrant arrivals. That makes it harder for Meloni to keep her tax-cutting promises and makes Italy's debt, equal to 140% of national output, vulnerable to market sell-offs. Last week Meloni weathered the first of several reviews on Italy's debt when S&P Global Ratings confirmed the country's BBB rating with a stable outlook. Oct 20 (Reuters) - S&P Global is the first among the “big three” rating agencies to upgrade Greece to investment grade since the country’s debt crisis in 2010. The other two agencies, Fitch and Moody's, rate the country one notch below investment grade. DBRS Morningstar upgraded Greece's rating to investment grade BBB (low) last month. Greece expects economic output to rise 3% in 2024 following a 2.3% expansion this year more than twice the eurozone average. Member of the ECB governing council and Governor of the Bank of Greece, Yannis Stournaras talks during an interview with Reuters in Athens, Greece, October 11, 2023. In the interview, Greece's central bank governor also warned about the risk of stagflation from a prolonged war in the Middle East and spoke against increasing the amount of reserves that banks must hold. He countered calls by some of his colleagues for an early end to the ECB's last surviving bond-buying scheme, saying the central bank may need that firepower in a geopolitical environment fraught with risks. The ECB all but stopped buying bonds last year after a sudden surge in inflation forced it to unwind a decade of stimulus policies. "For the moment I see no reason why we should tighten monetary policy now because increasing the minimum requirements will imply monetary policy tightening," Stournaras said.

In its issuance programme for the fourth quarter released late on Friday the Treasury raised its estimate for gross debt issuance this year to 333 billion euros ($351.95 billion). A migrant stands in the Mavrovouni camp on the island of Lesbos, Greece, November 25, 2021. The new proposal would look at allowing the 300,000 migrants estimated already to be living illegally in Greece to work in some sectors, Migration Minister Dimitris Kairidis told state broadcaster ERT. "We need to see what to do with the population that is already in our country, without creating further magnets for others to come illegally," Kairidis said. Kairidis is expected to formally outline the initiative at a cabinet meeting next month, a migration ministry official told Reuters. Agriculture Minister Lefteris Avgenakis said he was in talks with the migration ministry to tackle this problem.
